About
Before caregiving became central to my life, I worked as a producer, yoga teacher, and life coach. Supporting my aging grandparents felt natural—just what family does. It wasn’t until I cared for my mom, diagnosed with young-onset dementia, that I recognized myself as a caregiver.
This experience revealed societal stigmas, a lack of support, and major gaps in healthcare. Every day, I wished for someone to step in and lighten the load—a Care-y Godmother who could make it all easier. When she didn’t show up, I had to figure things out myself. By integrating mindfulness-based dementia care, presence practices, and my coaching skills, I transformed my caregiving approach—reducing stress while improving my mom's well-being and my own.
I’ve collaborated with various organizations, launched the Therapeutic Fibbing web series (with over a million views), and created Things Not to Say to a Caregiver (featuring Care-y Godmother). I’ve also received a national Caregiving Advocacy Award, co-founded the Care Nation Society, and been featured on several podcasts and media outlets sharing insights on caregiving and support.
Now, I combine personal experience and professional skills to support caregivers and those facing life’s complexities. Through practical tools and real-life insights, I aim to help you find clarity and ease in your journey.
If you're navigating caregiving or life’s challenges, I’d be honored to assist. Let’s connect—book a free intro call today.

I appreciate the support while navigating this difficult & rewarding journey as a caregiver. She is inspiring and I love her creative approach. She gives me insights and amazing ideas on how to connect with my dad and give myself a break.
